Description
Type: Map. Contains a list of linked items: the OID value of the public key and the OID value of the hash algorithm. An array of OID values of the hash algorithm is used as a value of the linked list item. The array is used in order of the priority of their use and considering that they are supported by the cryptographic service provider.

The property is used if HashAlgorithm is not set.
